I swear to God, I have not met ONE European who does not smoke…This is the truth and i’m not overstating that in any way!!..Holy shit, I mean even walking down the street you can’t escape the smoke…The gigs in Copenhagen are smokefree now so that is cool but obviously not where I am playing now in St. Mortiz…It’s really fucking disgusting how bad the Big Tobacco companies have a hold on Europeans. No matter where I am around here I smell cigarettes of worse yet DISGUSTING Cigars!!…YUK!!!…I advise any Europeans reading this to quit that nasty fucking habit!. It’s gross…So many pretty women with gross cigarette smelling breath!!!…No enticing.

Being a non-smoker I can relate to your situation, however insterad of looking at it as a hold on the Europeans, I look at it more as a measure of their preception of liberty. I think France is the “free-est” country in the world, and *everybody* smokes there. Get a Gig in Ireland -I think they’ve outlawed it country wide! Nice website (entrecard visit btw)
Actually I’ve discussed this with a bunch of people around here and they say it’s the Chinese that are the worst. I think they could be right from what I remember. Who knows?

Yep. Saw it in Germany and particularly France last week. I would walk into souvenir shops in tourist areas and come out smelling like I was in a bar for 5 hours.
